Service Description

Neuro-Skeletal Realignment Therapy is excellent for any problems arising from postural imbalances. Specific point on the body are lightly pressed, which stimulates the muscles to return to their optimum position. This gently and gradually encourages the attached tendons & bones to do the same. Your body can take up to 10 days to finish moving, so treatments are best booked 2 weeks apart. NSRT is done whilst you are fully clothed (just remove shoes and belt for your comfort). A minimum course of 3 treatments is recommended.
