Neuroskeletal Re-alignment Therapy (NSRT) is excellent for the treatment of pain, limited movement associated with injury, misalignment and bad posture. The treatment is non-manipulative and very relaxing to receive. NSRT is done whilst you are fully clothed (just remove shoes and belt for your comfort). Specific points relating to the neuron pathways in the body are lightly pressed, which stimulates the muscles to return to their optimum position. This gently and gradually encourages the attached tendons & bones to do the same. Your body can take up to 4 days to finish moving and it is recommended that you do not do any heavy lifting or vigorous exercise for at least 24 hours after a treatment and that you do not have any other treatment within the next 5-7 days. Treatments are best booked 1 week apart and an initial course of 3 treatments is recommended. The treatment time includes a postural assessment. Sometimes deep tissue massage will be offered as well, as it may be necessary to help release areas that have been tight and out of alignment for many years. Massage may incur extra charges but will be agreed beforehand
