Reflexology is very good for 'whole body' ailments or imbalances, as well as being a very relaxing treatment. The body is mapped out on the feet so, as the reflexes on the feet are worked, messages are sent to the body to repair itself. All reflexology treatments include a foot scrub prior to treatment. A course of 4 x weekly treatments is initially recommended. Choose from Revitalizing, Relaxing or Balancing Reflexology which includes Aromatherapy, currently at no extra charge.
