Reiki (Japanese for Universal Life Energy) is a form of healing that works by positive energy being channelled through the practitioner into your whole body to dissipate any stagnant negative energy that may be causing problems. Reiki is done whilst you are fully clothed (just remove shoes and belt for your comfort).
